PR Flooring Systems
The PR™ Cushion Pad systems are designed to reduce fatigue and increase shock absorption for players. These systems are available in a range of finishes using selected hardwoods or Northern Hard Maple.
PR1 Cushion System - Option 1
This system features advanced PR pads combined with treated or untreated high-load battens. Timber is directly affixed to the battens using 75x25mm tongue-and-groove flooring machined to ASF specs. It's ideal for facilities with retractable seating using heavy-duty battens. The PR1 System is designed for basketball, netball, futsal, and general-purpose courts.
PR2 Cushion System - Option 2
The PR2 system adds a 12mm plywood layer over battens to enhance strength and reduce ‘dead spots.’ This results in a more consistent playing surface across the court. With treated timber and glue lines to prevent pest damage, it meets all Australian and New Zealand MFMA standards. It's suitable for basketball, volleyball, netball, and other indoor sports. Eco-friendly, the PR2 flooring system is available in fully sustainable materials via the PRS floor systems package from ASF.
PR3 Cushion System – Option 3
Featuring dual layers of exterior-grade plywood, the PR3 system provides quiet, smooth play and increased floor strength. The cushioning is affixed beneath the sublayer, ensuring even shock absorption. Finished with the same high-grade tongue and groove timber, it meets elite performance benchmarks. Ideal for multi-sport use, including dance, squash, handball, and roller sports.
Pro King Flooring Systems
The Pro King system is a portable timber sports floor designed for fast setup and professional-level performance. It has been used at Olympic venues, NBA exhibitions, and international netball events. Using the patented Pro Pivot® hinge, each panel locks securely and easily into place.
